The $25 deposit is collected at booking to secure your appointment slot. It is fully applied toward your total service cost — so you're paying $25 now and the remainder after your clean is complete.
You can cancel or reschedule directly through your account dashboard or via the link in your confirmation email. We ask for at least 48 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.
